No, the MYSTIC boat has license for up to 6 persons so you do not need for a license.
When do I pay my booking?
You will receive a payment link when your booking is confirmed.
Can I sail at different times than scheduled?
Yes, we can build a tailor-made experience for you, please contact us for any questions or special requests.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your reservation at any time, taking into account the cancellation policy:
Reservations cancelled at least 7 days in advance will be fully refunded.
Reservations cancelled outside this period are non-refundable.
Do I need a skipper's license to rent a boat?
No, all our boats have a captain, the cost is included in the price of the activity.
Can I charter the boat with my own captain?
Yes, but you will need to contact us to discuss any specific requests.
I can bring my own food on board?
Yes, the ships have refrigerators on board where you can store food and beverages.
What happens if there is bad weather and the ship cannot leave?
As long as the skipper confirms that it is not possible to go out, another day is offered if there is availability and if it is not possible to go out another day, the money is refunded.
